Colossians 2:16-17
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Which Are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

As of Today, Jews often eat symbolic round foods to celebrate the new moon, and for the Sabbath, typically the meal that begins, with the head of the household lifting up two challah breads, and reciting the blessing of Hamotzi.

All of these traditions are man made, they are not found in the word of God.  And in Paul's time, just like today there was a list of what foods one should eat and what to drink in order to keep these Holy Days correctly, Codified in what was called "the works of the Law"  The MMT document, it was found among the dead sea scrolls, a checklist of things to do and not to do in order to become righteous. What Paul was referencing by its title "the works of the law"

Therefore, Let no man Judge you on what you eat or drink when keeping these Holy days, They Are-Present Tense a shadow of what is to come, If something isn't specified in God's word don't Judge someone if they don't keep it like you do, or let someone Judge you for not keeping like they do.

Isaiah 66:23
And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, saith The LORD.
