On the Chabad calendar the second day of Shavuot is today. The 51st day? 

 There hasn't been a sum of 50 since day 39 or a chapter and verse number that had the number 50 within it until today since day  38 of the counting the Omer.

This verse occurred on day 45 - A prophecy in reference to Shavuot - Pentecost, which was Shavuot Eve on the Chabad calendar this year.
